Free U.S. Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $20.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.99. We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, and other trusted international carriers.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are purchasing are legal to import into your country, state, province, or local jurisdiction.
  • Daily Carry Co. makes no representations or guarantees that any product complies with the import laws of your country.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, customs requirements, and import restrictions.
  • You are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and any other government-imposed charges.

Customs Seizures and Refused Shipments

If your shipment is held, confiscated, destroyed, refused, abandoned, or otherwise not delivered by customs or any government agency, Daily Carry Co. will not issue a refund or replacement.

By purchasing from our website, you accept all risks associated with international shipping and customs clearance.

Returned International Shipments

If an international shipment is returned to Daily Carry Co. by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, a refund may be issued only after all of the following conditions are met:

  • The package is successfully returned to Daily Carry Co.
  • The contents are received in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The package has not been confiscated, destroyed, or abandoned.
  • The original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any carrier fees incurred by Daily Carry Co. will be deducted from any refund.

No refunds will be issued for packages that are not physically returned to Daily Carry Co.

Order Processing

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Daily Carry Co. is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Customs processing delays.
  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier acceptance.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Packages returned due to customer error or failure to claim the shipment.

While we are happy to assist customers with carrier claims when possible, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders that have entered processing or have shipped generally cannot be modified.
