Any Parker-style refill, which is one of the most common refill standards in the world. That includes Parker Quink, Schmidt P900, Fisher Space Pen Parker, Monteverde Soft Roll, and many gel options. Just pop the bolt mechanism out, swap the refill, screw back together.

Is 1.1 oz too light or too heavy for daily writing?
