What's this used for?

The UltiClip mounts to knife sheaths and other narrow EDC items to give you pocket retention without needing a belt. Particularly common for fixed-blade knife carry — pairs especially well with the Garuda Fixed Blade.

How is it different from a regular pocket clip?

Standard clips slide loose over time and rely on tension. UltiClip uses a bite-and-grab design that hooks securely on the pocket fabric — way more retention, no slow loosening. Designed specifically for belt-less carry.

Does the black oxide finish wear off?

Slowly, with hard use. The wax/oil treatment helps prolong the finish, but spring steel under heavy carry will eventually show wear at high-contact points. That's normal for working steel — and arguably looks better with age.

Will it fit my sheath?

The dual slotted bracket accepts 1.5" hole spacing — fits most aftermarket and OEM kydex sheaths, including the Garuda's. If you have a custom sheath, check the hole pattern matches.
